timing for announcement of flow rate, page-2

HDR said yesterday that results would be released as soon as they were available. Given the track record it wouldn't surprise me to see an early low flow rate result announced by WPL - and then a better one later once the flow improves - or am I too cynical after 4 years watching this operation?? I hope they don't and that we get a good result announced next week.
