re: timing for announcement of flow rate - teddy Reasonable arguement Teddy but WPL/HDR have consistently said that they expect to be able to declare commerciality not long after testing - in the next month or two anyway. The final investment decision is due early next year - perhaps that's when they will have some committments to the mauritanians.
