I agree that a takeover by WPL in the near-term is unlikely. But what if they are pushed? Fusion Oil is in play for their African interests (including 6% of Chinguetti), so why wouldn't HDR be of interest to middle sized or larger oil majors? If someone else moves on HDR then WPL will move as well as they need HDR's interest to remain in control of the JV. Any other player would want to wait for confirmation of commerciality before making an offer so its possible in the next month or so. But again unlikely.

I think the market action tomorrow will give us an idea on how the flow test is going.
