Yes, that is a little dispaaointing. I douby PCL have much say over the information ORG put out and in some ways are constrained by them.
A few deadlines for information have been passed without comment. I guess it's even worse if you appraoch them directly and get no reply.
Perhaps a phone call would yield more results.
