I think PCL genuinely try to answer queries as I rang them regarding the May 3D results and they gave me an answer about their up an coming meeting with ORG (which I posted)but timetable of results was never in their control. I then contacted ORG by email and they just trotted out a standard response. So I think its ORG that's the poor communicator not PCL.
