If another offer were to be forthcoming it would not necessarily be under the existing SoA since this has been rejected.. !!!!!!!!!!!!
I rather think that any future offer would require a new SoA (Correct)
which may not have the same egregious terms unless of course the Board was to accept a Lazarus SoA.
Or an offer that was again unacceptable, in any event it would costs CTP another $2 mil
