The odds are stacked on the sell side, but someone's happy to keep buying at these levels. We should have news about the dewatering in a couple of weeks which should kick it along a bit. This is assuming management stick to their recently announced schedule, and given that, we should see a follow-up announcement no later than about a month after with the status of the BNB sales contract.
IMO, still quite a mystery from here in on as to what is going to happen with ICN. Sticking to their schedule and making timely announcements on the initiation/completion of each of these milestones will help to keep investor confidence up. If there is no announcement about dewatering by the end of September, I can see holders exiting pretty quickly.
Regardless, I hold in confidence they'll get this together and see the SP beyond $1... eventually.
