Spinning off an asset, is not easy thing to do. I also doubt this would happen, as they would have done it already by now. Management are going full bore and are taking advantage of this current time cycle in their minerals/metals project/s. I firmly believe they are focussed on driving the SP further upwards as much as possible, while also improving the MC which has already been achieved but can go further.
