ps Risk is an objective thing and management could immediately transfer all the risk of not being in this stock to those institutions sitting on the sidelines waiting for the next CR, by stating that existing shareholders will be given preference in future CR's.

CCC should now at least be beyond needing the favour of Brokers and their SI's. The projects controlled and contemplated should be enough to give management the confidence to quit the road shows (at least local) and send a signal to the big money (if thats who has been selling down, and CCC will know) you have squandered your chance. we can do it ourselves from here.
