It seems development after development is sold off the plan. We are all investors and using the low interest rates as false economy but buying.
So real estate is exciting again.
This lowly capped company has great tax losses with every recent deal money making.
Current asset backing seems to be approx 1.4 but eavh deal could add 20 c to 40c.
