I see it as a good sign in a strange sort of way'

If you had a meeting with somebody and they arrived late, forgot their notes and had obviously done very little preparation, would you think that this is a good sign and that they were just really really busy getting stuff done and closing deals beforehand?...or would you think they were incompetent?

That said, I am fighting the urge not to buy more at these levels...but greediness is getting the better of me as I think it will go down further before it goes up.
