A buyout of the 25% is chicken feed to the worth of B4M.imo

Sure some of it is a good read and could make some posters/readers feel good but in reality it does not adress whats happening for AGS.

The C.Clause put in place dictates everything concerning ACE and the BBros. imo The Confidentiality Clause only suits two people.imo Is that in the best interest of all Share-holders? Sure it could be argued that a Judge put it in place but lets be real about that.imo

At the end of the day our fate(AGS share-holders) rests in the hands of one person.imo Is that what a listed Company is all about?



Heres another angle J1, you haven't touched on yet, Management is moving along other projects so, we could use that as a means to justify that a settlement is near ie by moving along other projects, knowing Capital is needed, a settlement is coming within say 3-6 mths? Sounds good doesn't it!

imo we (Share-holders) deserve every one of those known 72m lbs? of Uranium because of the circumstances that put us in this position.imo

If share-holders lose the Court action or we only get a buyout of 25%, how is anyone going to have confidence in any of our Management?


All we can do is wait until the outcome and go from there.imo All the research in the world is not going to clarify any certainity in that outcome.imo
