MD ... at some stage in the not tooooooooo very distant future somebody or something is going to challenge that confidentiality clause. In reality, if a company wants to leverage public money then it has a responsibility to keep the public informed.

To date the confidentiality clause is the response to every issue ranging from contents of historical surveys / exploration memos within Heathgate to the primary causes of global warming.

However, there must be boundaries and I think these boundaries need to be investigated some more.

Lastly, the minute this does go to court is the minute the veil of confidentiality is lifted. The minute that veil is lifted (by the court or otherwsie) IMO is the minute that Heathgate (and for that matter, Gandel) will be motivated to do something.
