Good post
When an outcome is known, as long as Share holders know the reasons for whatever it is,then all is good.
Unless there is a return of the entire asset or a higher share than the 25%, then shareholders have to be satisfied there was justification in the commencement and continuation of the Legals. imo
Using a scenario where at the end of all this and AGS remain a 25% J/V partner and a C.Clause remains in place, then I for one am going to be a little bit peeved,to put it mildly. Not about the result but the C.Clause.
Everything depends on the outcome, until then we are all just filling in space on here.imo
I'm not knocking J1 for his efforts in research but I've seen it many times before in the sharemarket where mountains of research comes to no avail.
When an outcome is known then we all can go hell for leather with research into AGS going forward, atm there are too many ifs and buts. I know because I've touched on a few.lol.
The main thing we need is a date set for the commencement of the M&D C Matter in the Court.imo Hopefully this year end or early 2014.
Then, let the action begin.!
Good Luck All
