    I am a bit late to this party - though bloody happy I am on board - so I am not up to speed with the history of this deal. If LCY was trading at around 20c before the deal with NMDC disappointed the market and the sp plunged to the low teens, doesn't this clarification now mean that the sp should shoot back up to 20c - say this week? (and then beyond :) )
