The trading halt yesterday meant that the results were out of the control of one person i.e. the contract biostats person, and available to a wider group of people i.e. the board of MBP.
They have had only yesterday to review the data and the stats report and start the processes needed to present it to the public, brokers, other drug companies, etc.
