    we all know Ecat ...it will be split up as i contacted Lucapa management and was advised this Ann is about the diamond,but as they stated the gazette has been discussed and will come out in its own Announcement.It clearly states it was getting pushed and the 3 joint partners needed to sign off and we expect that was pushed at the meeting.
