agreed....don't like the language in the report as well.....'they 'don't believe' that action will be taken', i think that they think that the banks are nice and generous, we should all wish so!!!!!.....this deal should have been done months ago, they should have sold the company then, instead we have had 2 major profit downgrades during some of the hottest weather over summer....give me a break!!! I hope all holders still get that takeover, but for me i'm out and am v unimpressed by management who don't seem to be showing a lot of urgency
