charles1984 , it isn't as if metalstorm are driving the announcements, the so called equity provider is calling the tune, he would be telling metalstorm after hours that the funds are being held up, and metalstorm would have to by law notify the ASX first thing in the morning because of their fidicuary duty, so the equity provider is the one who is stting the time frame for any announcements, and he is having a good effect on those who are a little nervous!

You are being dudded into selling, thats all in my opinion, these delays are designed to have that effect, they are buying, ask yourself this, who the hell else in their right mind would be doing that and they have the blessing of the ASX and ASIC it would seem?
