And I cannot see interest rates spiking up anytime soon ...

... and yet , the media and the downrampers harp incessantly about the debt , as if it has to be re-paid in several large lump-sums ...

It doesn't !

... banks need to keep money out and about , it's gotta be working for them , for them to make a profit ....
