I have a trading idea around that. I will lend $500k, interest free to AG. He will use the money to buy shares during next trading window. Share price goes up. AG repays my loan from personal funds (as the uplift in his SGH holding more than covers it). Value of my SGH holding increases dramatically, covering the opportunity cost of my loan to AG. haah
