Fat Harry says that (in his opinion), the results are already in.
What has caused the huge jump in the SP these last couple of weeks?
There are really only 2 possible scenarios:
1) speculators are buying up shares on the off-chance that at least one of the trials is positive. Perhaps they will "buy on the rumor and sell on the fact"? OR:
2) somebody knows something.

Take your pick.

Further, FH can say this:
Huntington's is a terrible disease. The symptoms are overt and unrelenting. There is no doubt when you are confronted by someone afflicted by HD. If there is ANY treatment that will reduce the symptoms, it will be immediately obvious.

Alzheimer's dementia is a little more subtle. People are often mis-diagnosed with AD when they have another problem, and vice versa. Symptoms may be subtle and several tests are used to determine if there has been any response to an intervention.
