Completely agree with you NTaylor.
This is why Indian's want to do business in Australia.
Steady (although crappy) government but a good security of tenure which is so difficult to establish in Russia.
I deal with Russia on a daily basis and it's not easy to do business there.
The good thing about NMDC's problems over there is that it might spur them to spend more in Australia.
