MAK holders will be well paid off as the JV agreement is going to happen soon.
I saw quite a few posters talking about the acquisition of 50% Wonarah were under LCY, but it is highly unlikely it will happen.
Because NMDC will own 50% LCY, NMDC wants 50% of Wonarah project.
If the 50% of Wonarah were put through under LCY, NMDC will effectively own only 25% of Wonarah.
I do not think that is a good choice for them.
