    All valid points Shooshka.

    I wish I had the answers.

    I'm only going on the announcements issued by LCY and the not so reliable Indian media and a bit of a gut feeling.

    No matter which way it goes, MAK shareholders will benefit from the JV.

    I just hope that the long suffering LCY shareholders (2 years for me on the 16th Nov) will also get a bite of the cherry.
