Hi Vincenki,
A lot of potential IPO have recently been "pulled from listing" in the US due to the very poor performance after listing of IPOs in general,the average was down about 5% from the listing price.........some have crashed 30-40 % since listing this year.I am sure a google search will confirm this.Not hard to see why NC may be very cautious re the listing timing and price........
