    G'day Micvw,
    I don't think you have to be listed on disallowed to be classed an American company. I also believe that if your product is needed but can only be sourced from outside America then you could ask for a waiver through congress as Tencate have done for several years previously for there ( defender M ) uniform. image.jpg
