If I had to guess, I would think that one would most likely have to have a prospectus - because the SEC has gone to so much checking and fuss so far - and, the fact that we are making an IPO ----
the P in that 'iPo' - sounds like it means Public - not insto. or soph. etc. - so, my bet would be for a prospectus ------------ which would make an interesting read eh?
