Insider trading isn't just done by officers and directors of a company. Insider trading is anyone trading on information not in the public record. A leak can happen anywhere along the information chain. I was only making the point that the verocity of the selling made it feel like one side of the trade had information and the other side didn't. You don't usually loose 40+% of your market cap in 7 to 10 days.
