Is anyone else concerned about the timing of the rights issue in view of the anticipated announcement regarding 3M trials? If OBJ were confident of the outcome of the 3M decision, wouldn't they delay the rights issue until after a positive announcement, and take advantage of the vastly increased share price?
The timing of the rights issue is clearly set to take advantage of the hype associated with the upcoming announcement - but does this mean that OBJ are not confident of 3M actually taking up the product?
