.It's just a matter of simple maths.Will the T.O take place? If so, the value is known. Likelihood is very high. If not, price will almost certainly drop.High likelihood that if you sell now you could recoup any difference you forgo with an alternative investment. Added advantage by selling down ( not all) this fy is lowering your total tax liability if you have a large holding. If tax is not an issue, you could hold and pick up the extra cash,but it could be some months away yet. I'm done selling this fy and redeployed my cash.
