i was thinking the same.
if i was interested in taking over hdr i would be buying 19.9% as close to $2.02 as possible prior to concluding dd and a formal offer and i would certainly be making a knockout bid a couple of weeks prior to kingfisher results.
if we dont get some seriuos volumes at a price several points above 202 this week then we may not be going to get a second bidder.
