timing of yesterdays announcement, page-4

Im still asking the question what about the court case maybe they made this announcement to over shaddow that. I believe it started monday. If their goal was to block the bad news from that as well it worked no ones mention it! I have NFI what happened. I believe it was more then just another mention anyone know how to find out.
