Notice how every time we poke our head above the resistance line sellers dump, I do not really get this from a technical trading perspective. Or is it just manipulation? Looks like we may continue to sideways move until the formation completes around the end of Feb as any possible break is quashed. This will likely time in to a major US contract I would hazard a guess.
