I tend to agree the meeting was to sign off on the deal. The embargo may be a 3 briskness day cooling off period or something? Or perhaps we are unable to announce it until DOD and the SOS does so they want to release it first then we will follow the next trading day.
Only doubts on this is whilst markets have been negative there has not been a share spike to support the theory. Usually there is enough people involved it leaks out but it could be they have all been tight lipped here given who we are dealing with.
Anyway, fingers crossed for good news and maybe this week.
