Salty, correct me if i'm wrong but you did say many times OEL was going belly up. Well thats obviously not going to happen in the foreseeable future. The SPs looking like its going to take a hit but it can turn around quickly.BHP may still come on board, they may achieve another farmout, they may have success in italy,the POO may rise.
This announcement also might explain some of the movement in the ndo and kik sps , although kiks rise looks a little contrived imo.
