Petey, the only thing that has changed is the increase in the pace of printing, not the printing itself.
My Dad bought his first house around 40-45 years ago for $12,000. Not $120,000 but $12,000.
The printing will never stop. It doesn't matter what they say. Why would it stop now when it's been going on for so many decades? Will it slow? Eventually, probably, maybe?, but if they follow Japans footsteps it might continue at an elevated level for decades and then just pick up instead.
Anyone that believes printing will stop is blind to history.
