Timing

The company has been sitting on this product announcement for some time. The market and investors were just waiting for a shred of good news to see the stock jump as we saw AH last night on the NASDAQ, up over $1.00 at one point (50+% gain). This should have been a stand alone news item, get some new blood into the stock, get some notes out from the analysts and THEN do the financing. Do it from a position of strength not a position of weakness. All in all pretty disappointing. We are now in the red on the NAS with 4.6 million shares traded today at a time when investor morale is at multi-year lows. The joys of holding Unilife.
