It struck me as an attempt to be honest. If they waited on the financing then everyone would be screaming pump and dump. Some on the message boards are screaming pump and dump but I'm not sure how you pump and dump with PR releases occurring within two hours of one another during after market trading.
As mentioned by another poster "You need capital to run a business." From what I have read Imperium truly is a "game changer." With the extra capital raise they now have breathing room to cut better deals.
