Yes you need capital to run a business. The cost to raise that capital yesterday was very expensive. If that news was announced, the market digesting it, etc.... they could have sold $5 million of stock at a higher price and prevented additional dilution. I know the company needs to raise money but when you can do it from a higher price point if possible is the prudent thing to do for shareholders. In hindsight, a complete waste of "game changer" product announcement.
