Has Lynas BURNED cash to Defense itself from WES? At this price levels (1.74AUD) what can prevent WES to make a new offer?

I find a high risk to quote al 1.74 AUD if Amanda wants Lynas to remain independent.
Japan Governement Pension Investment fund should be buying Lynas shares at this stage if they want Lynas to remain independent as well.
