Oh the humanity Robert @RBx quick and cheap.. was it you who mentioned beneath contempt? ....and very likely without the heavy scrutiny as would be expected in Australia the US or indeed Europe which is a world away from Ukraine or Moldova neither being members of the EU and on the border of Russia in far flung Eastern Europe.

Look at the case rises just to our North in Indonesia - nice and close - what about India with its massive population? Why far flung civil war ravaged Far Eastern European Ukraine and Moldova? There is not the solid medical connections and networks running into Russia's sphere of influence outside the EU - it may be done quick and cheap but what would the data collected mean to the FDA - they would want to see something done in the US or EU or Australia or some other first world jurisdiction.

Another point to consider as a possible punter is how secure would any data be in the Ukraine or Moldova.. with the corruption and industrial hacking coming from Russia but thats why I would think we have HC to help pick over and do due diligence on companies that entice money from punters and to take a good hard look before handing over our hard earned..
