The SP is deliberately brought down by this announcement to reduce the spike of the share price. The company will keep the SP between 0.067 to 0.077 until they strike a deal with the partners. I don't think of any other reasons for the announcement just come out before the start of another run for the day. SPP is only to support the stregth of the company to prove to the potential partners. So I would be subscribing the SPP to get the 7cents deal. We won't see 7 cents for long.
