The underlieing reason for this cap raising is the development of Kingaroy. Not so sure the SP will tank whether the SPP is fully subscibed or not.

January 2010 is drawing close, as is the ignition, testing and evaluation of the gas. Site works have commenced this story is moving.

Along with the ignition will come increasing exposure into UCG technology in general. CXY have the coal reserves once they demonstrate their ability to work the technology, the SP will be rerated IMO.
