London Mining used the Barge system and AML used the railway and self discharging Bulk carriers. Timis has Romanian connections so a Tug for Barge movements coming from Slovakia makes more sense with Timis. The News article mentioned earlier talks about Timis working on new contractor arrangements. So to me a Tug and recommencing operations with the Barge system makes more sense with Timis not Shandong.
