I think the agreement was only for a 3 month period and that is over now and that's why Timis is re-negotiating with contractors. Shandong have said that they wanted to recommence operations at Tonkotili by mid April so no doubt they will be using the railway. If they cannot commence Mining and don't need the railway then they might negotiate another short term use with Timis, but I don't think that will happen as they seem pretty intent on recommencing mining.
