This article on the 10th says that Timis was in the process of organising the payments:

But todays article says that they haven't paid and that no mining is ocuring.
A pay dispute is one thing but I do agree that the news saying that there are only security guards on site is bad. The ceasation of mining might explain why the two Gypsum self discharging bulk carriers have left as well. Obviously no work for them.
One positive is that even though we aren't getting news fron CFE about what Timis is up to, we are getting news from the local newspapers.
