I hope it does stand then Timis will definately mine CFE's Marampa and we get $3 to $5 a tonne for that.
When the mining of CFE's Marampa was included in the initial agreement I did think that Timis had done that so he could access the Railway from AML. CFE however still have to get another permit/licence before they can start mining that resource, which I think is due to be issued by June 30.
