    NMA Prevents Collapse of Mining
Community Relations and Communications Manager of the National Minerals Agency (NMA), Mr. Sati Kamara, yesterday stated that Timis Corporation, formerly London Mining Company, is optimizing its operations in Sierra Leone and assured that NMA is committed to give Sierra Leoneans the correct information on mining companies operating in the country.
He reiterated that Timis Corporation is not folding up operations in the country as it has maintained its workforce, that operations are ongoing informing that a team from the Ministry of Labor and Social Security is at the moment at the company's site to facilitate the payment of workers.

Certainly confusing but this article goes on to say:

The Public Relations Officer of Timis Corporation, Osman Lahai disclosed that there are various stages in mining but assured that Timis Corporation is here to stay revealing that the company between November last year and March this year exported 1.5 million tons of iron ore while over 3 million tons of iron ore is stockpiled to the processed and continued that the company is now busy with the payment of staff benefits accrued under London Mining.

So maybe there is a temporary halt in operations when they sort out the staff issues?
This is like a soap opera..
