I'm still looking for good news stories and was pondering about whether or not the following news is good or bad for CFE.

Shandong says they aim to secure US$1 billion to recommence operations at Tonkolili by mid April 2015.

Now I'm thinking why do they need US$1 billion when they already have the railway and the mining operation? But the fact is that their ore is lower grade than the processed London mining ore fom the Marampa site.

Do they have intentions of taking over Timis's London Mining and CFE's Marampa mine as well to increase the quality of their ore?

Just wondering if this is the Rabbit out of the Hat for CFE holders?
